ATFE entrapment sting?????

     I was hoping that "dangun" would have been on to share but I'll give it now. I'm relating the info thar Dan told me anout back in late Jan. Dan called me about a week after my birthday in Jan to wish me a happy blated and gave me this. While shooting at the range a person needed some ammo to shoot and asked Dan about his. Dan said he loads his own so this person asked if he could load for him and Dan said no. Then asked to buy some and Dan said no. So to be nice he counted out a few so the guy could shoot. This person then comes to Dan and said one of his rounds blew up in his gun. Dan asked did he get that round out of the gun and did he shoot all of the rounds and he said yes. So Dan looked over the spent brass and found one extra than he gave and was not his load. The guy said that it was one Dan gave and Dan told him that he loads only a certian brand of brass. Well a few weeks later the ATFE shows up with a warrant to search Dan's residence. The agents said that he sold some guy loade rounds and one blew up in the gun. He said he didn't sell any to the guy and the round in question was not his. The agents started giving a hard tim and want to look everywhere and were not really following the warrant so he call his very good friend the sherrif and when he showed layed it down for the agents to follow the proper procedure or face arrest by him. Yes I'm late with this but hoped Dan would have been on by now.
    So with warm weather coming upon us and being able to get to the range I suggest to be on the look out. So if you are a member of a club range and someone like this asked similiar questions first thing I would ask is to see their membership and if none politely ask them to leave and get their plate number as a way to prove treaspass. Recording on your phones would be quite handy.
