Who woulda thought? Guess I'll quit buying their coffee!.......OH WAIT.....I don't buy anybody's coffee, not even Hacker's.....Hate coffee....even hate the smell. Sorry for that Hacker...... I get my caffine from Dr. Pepper......and it will probably kill me.....you can't get it black sans sugar......hmmmm......wonder how gross it'd be with cream?

I have been aware of this for about a month. I think that the company is and will loose customers over this. This is what happens when they cave to "Woke" the saying goes "Go Woke" "Go Broke" The company heads classed people like us as repugnant. I have not tried this brand and with a statement like that it is now off my list to try. Oh Greg I also like Dr, Pepper and if you want cream with that they do have a cream version. www.drpepper.com/en/products/drpepper-cream

Something I learned back when I was working on a cattle ranch in Wyoming . . . it’s not enough to know what you’re doing . . . you also have to watch where you step!

I don't always subscribe to the school of thought that after one misstep, people must be banned from life forever. Redemption is something I have been the beneficiary of many times. It does seem, however, that this guy went out of his way not to merely shoot himself in the foot, but emptied the magazine, reloaded and continued firing.
Greg, when I was a lad, Dr. Pepper was something we didn't see up in New Hamster. We did have, however, Moxie, which is a more bitter concoction. I gave up on it when they went to corn syrup. In recent years, in answer to my various decrepitudes, I have pretty much totally laid off sugar. Out of curiosity, I tried the diet version, and it was more like the old Moxie than the corn syrup version ! Sometimes, things do get better !

I may have wandered way off track here but all of this coffee and Dr. Pepper talk brought back memories of odd drinks and old girlfriends. Many, many moons ago (before I met what’s her name, my wife) I kept time with a young lady who liked Dr. Pepper. The odd thing was she would heat it in a sauce pan (no microwaves in those days) to about the same temperature a hot coffee. Because she was she and I was me, I drank it with her. I must admit that I have more fond memories of her than the hot Dr. Pepper.

Larry, I remember the hot Dr. Pepper featured in the ads. (One place I remember seeing them was on American Bandstand !) Up until now, I've never known a survivor of such doings. Greg, did you ever try this ?

Is the Lass still alive? That sounds horrible to me........nope hot drinks aren't my thing. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate and especially apple cider or wassle. Yuck to all of it. To me if there's no ice in it forget it....well except milk, I drink cold milk once in a while and for a treat occasionally, a A&W root beer float....my kind of "latt". But the only healthy daily drink is water, the colder the better.
