Well the 14 day regular firearm season has come to a close on Dec. 11th. Since I have been under the weather since before Thanksgiving I did not make it out. I am much better since then but I get out of breath in a short distance. Being an asthmatic compounds my problem. I'm fearful that this out of breath problem is not going away.

What is going on Hacker? The deer must be conspiring against us, I was in the hospital for nearly a week during our season. Take good care of your self, I understand asthma as a fellow sufferer.

This group is in bad shape! I have been dealing with more doctors in the past few weeks than in the rest of my life combined. I am on the mend now but my seventies have taken more out of me than any other decade and I'm only half-way through them. It officially takes me all day to do things that I used to do all day. Everyone needs to get better and enjoy the Holiday Season. I'm sure going to try!

Give me a place to stand and a long-enough lever, and I will invariably break the lever.

The closest I got to going out was loading my muzzleloader and getting my stuff out and ready. It was just one of those years. Combination of work, weather and a little lameness. Oh, well...give 'em another year !
