About six years ago (give or take a year or two) I bought a Caliber Conversion Kit, for my Square Deal Press, so I could load 380 ACP. Well, as things often go . . . I just got around to converting the press the day before yesterday. Long story, short I could not get the darn thing to size correctly (actually, not at all). The once fired cases were not even touching the carbide sizing ring in Die #1. I took everything apart and discovered that Die #1 (sizing die) was stamped "38/357". Being the sharp detective that I am I inspected the rest of the components and found they were all correct for 380 ACP. This 'NEW' old kit had never been opened but there it was, an incorrect die. In as much as I now live in the Great State of Arizona and Dillon is only an hour and 15 minutes away, in Scottsdale, I elected to drive down and see if I could get the correct Die. I spent a few hours shooting the breeze with some very nice and knowledgeable people and really enjoyed the visit. Oh, ya' they gave me the correct die I needed too. I'm taking a break from loading a few hundred 380 ACP's to write this. I just wanted to say what a great company they are and how pleased I am with their products and knowledgeable people.

A good company that still stood behind their product in making sure you had the correct die even after six years and just using the dies now.

Give me a place to stand and a long-enough lever, and I will invariably break the lever.

Great they're carrying on in that vein. I've had pretty good luck with everyone. I grew up between T/C and Ruger, and always heard tales of people being taken care of on a walk up basis (sometimes the back door !) The world wasn't bat-poop crazy at the time, of course !
