As of Dec 3rd 2021 I retired. The company was bought out and my new boss and I didn't see eye to eye so I said my goodbyes and took early retirement. Yay Me!! Well I'm one of those people you hear about that retires and soon after has something major happen health wise. On FEb 2nd 2022 I had a heart attack and they tell me it was bad. (aren't they all?) Anyway 3 stints later they kicked me out but told me that I need a bypass. Fast forward to today, the doc said that he wants to hold off on the bypass. He explained that the blockage they needed to bypass has decreased. WHAT? He went on to say that the meds that I am on now are dissolving the blockage. Again what the? Maybe I'm behind on this stuff but I have never heard of that. Once one need bypass that's it you need it.. Any of you ever hear of such a thing? Don't get me wrong, I'm happy if they don't have to crack me open but I've been trying to find similar stories but so far nothing. BTW same ol tale..I don't know how I ever had time to go to work!!!

I understand the comment about wondering how we ever had time to work . . . retirement seems to take a LOT of time.
Keep up the good work with the heart!

Give me a place to stand and a long-enough lever, and I will invariably break the lever.
