Well guys I've been wanting to post about this and since I'm only half blind now I can. I picked up about 1,000 plus In mag and the same in standard large rifle primers all Federal. I haven't used Federal before but will now to see how they work in my loads. Also several pounds of powder mostly part one pounders. Part of the deal I bought all the 22 rim fire and got all the reloading bullets in various calibers. There was 100 rounds of 22 WMR and just under or just over as I don't have my count sheet 5,000 rounds of 22lr. The rim fire deal was $125. I gave some to my son-in-law and some to my hunting buddy. I should have enough to get that bolt single shot 22lr handgun dialed in.

Sounds like a good score!
It's good to see you back here and recovering from your eye surgery.
I have limited experience with Federal Primers but what I have used worked well. Please let us know how they work for you.

Good Grab, Hacker ! I've always been partial to Federals, but that's just me. Used a ton in .223 at the end of my highpower efforts. Meanwhile, hope your check today went well. When do you get the other side done ?

Pooh I forgot to mention in the rim fire deal I also got four boxes of Hornady .490 round ball and yes I plan on using a thunder stick this year. Will post in the shout box on my next surgery to be done.

Hacker, that is a real bonus ! They're easy enough to cast, but honestly I'm not *that* fond of casting ! ;-) Enjoy !

Seriously, congratulations on a wonderful deal! 
My daughter came from Missouri, my son and grand son, my wife and I had a nice dinner of grilled "porter house" pork chops, corn on the cobb, my son, G'son and I share 10/5. G'son is 4 minutes early though @ 10/4.
Pooh I hope you find to right house .
