Have you guys seen or purchased the Area 419 Zero turret press. Brownell is selling them and has a video about the press. It looks very interesting but a $1,275.00 , looks is as close as I will get. The claim is zero slop in the head and it is made of billet aluminum machined to shape. It is a nice looking press but the turret press just doesn't fit my loading style. Take a look it is interesting.

Bob, if I were thirty years younger and playing around with really long range stuff, I would probably have to have one. Meanwhile, my Rockchucker and I continue to age gracefully !

Of course, in my case, the Rockchucker is doing it better than me...

I've looked at a lot of fine automobiles in my day but looks have never over ridden my reaction to seeing the prices . . . now I can add a reloading press to that sticker-shock category. If any of you guys get one please let us know who it works

Larry, I've looked at a lot of high-end cars, and a few similarly situated guns, and thought it might be fun to have use for a weekend- fun to have experienced, but not burdened with the upkeep and headaches !

Larry, I also looked at a few high end cars and firearms the operative word here is looked. Pooh, it's only natural that the presses age better than us, they're younger than we are.

Pooh ~ I tried your idea of a “trial” once. Many years ago the 25th Anniversary Mustang was out and I rented one in Salt Lake City. The Utah State Trooper was a nice young guy and very understanding; he and I spent some time looking the car over. He then gave me the obligatory out-of-state driver warning. All in all, it was a great experience but I didn’t buy one when I returned home. Bob ~ Good point about our age and the age of your presses
