Well it was a super day yesterday the Fourth of July. Had a great time with the grand kids ate a ton well let's make that two tons of food (hot dogs,burgers,steak,and ribs plus all the sides) in other words if I stepped on a battle ship I would sink it!! 
So what to do for today to unwind well I went to the range. My son-in-law has been bugging me to go so yesterday we made plans to go today. We took his AR and I took the single shot 30/30. He had factory and I had some plinking loads to fire form to the chamber to do load development. Finally got to fire an AR but boy does the sight system on it needs a lot of work. I had 50 rounds to fire off he had 60. Getting his AR to shoot decent is going to be another project for me.

Easychair, laptop, a mug of ice water, a fan blowing on me, and checking in on my favorite gun forum is a good way to do it!
My daughter came from Missouri, my son and grand son, my wife and I had a nice dinner of grilled "porter house" pork chops, corn on the cobb, my son, G'son and I share 10/5. G'son is 4 minutes early though @ 10/4.
Pooh I hope you find to right house .
