I ran across some VihtaVuori N3SL and N3SM Powder. I have searched the net and all I found out is that it is discontinued, I have not found a load for it yet, So 40 webcites later I thought I would put in on 2 a munitions for some input. But some where out there, in this world of information age, there has got to be a powder load for it. So Take the challenge if yall are up for it and try to locate the load data if possible. As always, happy reloading, from Merdoc357. This forum is Awsom,....... and the adventure continues...

Merdoc357, I have found load data from and it is on my old PC I have in my loading area in the basement. It is one of the manuals on my Lee Shooter program. It is from 2001. The N3SL was used for Cowboy Action loads the N3SM I have but have to run to the basement to get the data. This is pistol powder and not rifle the N3SL and the same goes for the N3SM. The caliber for the Cowboy loads are as follows. 38 Special - 357 Magnum - 44 Special and the 45 Long Colt. This is also in limited bullet weights. Let me know what calibers you are interested in and I'll drop ya the info in you inbox sometime tomorrow.

Hello Merdoc, these powders are still in use overhere in Europe, it performs and looks a lot like RedDot. Most Scandinavian and German factory 12Ga ammo is made with these powders. In the past it was used for cowboy action shooting. The loads I have are:
.38 Special 158 gr 3NSL min 2.8 gr / max 3.3 gr
.44 Special 240 gr 3NSL min 4.4 gr / max 5.3 gr
.44 Special 267 gr (Keith style casy 3NSL min 3.6 gr / max 4.7 gr
.45 Colt 200 gr 3NSL min 6.3 gr / max 7.3 gr
.45 Colt 250 grs lead 3NSL min 5.1 gr . max 6.1 grs
BE SAFE AND DO NOT TAKE ANY LOAD FOR GRANTED, DO SOME CHEKING YOUR SELF.
