Well as most of you guys know that I use LEE equipment to reload on. I have been eyeing their Bench Plate system for quite sometime and liking how one can bolt a press to the plate and the wood blocks so all one has to do is swap out one press for the other. So since I have very little funds to go out to purchase this. So having scrap material on hand here and only have to get some bolts and T-nuts and washers why not make my own version. So I did. I have a template that has Lee and other press marked for where to drill holes for the bolts. The T-nuts is the gem behind this system. The T-nuts are counter sunk underneath the bench top so all I have to do is bolt on and off what press I'm using. No hassel of putting a wrench underneath to tighten any nuts. All is done from the top. You'll see my Challenger Press mounted and the bolts that hold it in place with the block and my Pro 1000 press on it's block that can be swapped out with the other press. That is pretty nice Gary.
So, you would just unbolt the press along with the wooden plate and swap this out for another press that is attached to another wooden plate?
I am currently thinking about getting me a progressive press. I was wondering whether or not a system like this would work to swap out my single stage for a progressive.

Ken, Yep that's all I do. The press stays bolted to the bench block. All I do is unbolt from the bench and swap out for the other press which stays bolted to it's bench block. That what makes the T-nuts the key to this as all I do is drop in the bolts with washers and tighten the blocks down.
