I am having one hell of a time finding any Alliant or Ram Shot powders right now. All my normal sources have dried up I have had to resort to using a bot to find them with no luck to this point its been 3 days. I am looking for what ever sized keg I can get at this point but would prefer #5's in RL19,22 and 25 also looking for #8's in Big Game (on my last 2lbs now), and Hunter... I haven't seen any of these powders listed at any site nor have I seen them at either of the gun shows I have been to. Dropped both companies and email with out result.

Chuck,
Powder Valley has R19 and R22 in the one pound size and out of stock on the Ram Shot powders.

Screw Alliant and Ramshot. Still haven't gotten a reply to my emails and despite the Alliant I just bought I am still looking for RL25 not 4000LR like a few friends keeps pushing me toward I have 3lbs of that and do not like it at all. Guess I will finally really get to play with 100V in 7-08 with heavy bullets. Ramshot Big Game and Hunter are no were to be found even with a bot searching so I will be back to Hodgdon/IMR/Winchester from now on. It's a shame too my 280 likes RL22 and the few 7-08 I have shot with heavy bullets all shot very well with Ramshot Hunter.

I went to our local dealer today and took an inventory of the powders on the shelf. Maybe some of you need to go on a road trip.

I don't see any W-296, H110 or Accurate #9. What's a 44 Mag shooter to do?  I do see he has IMR4227. Maybe that will have to do. |

Mule I have been using Lil'Gun with 210 Sie, 225gr spr and 240gr Nos bullets and kind of like it. When I can't find that I use 4227 in my full charge loads for plinking I have been using TiteGroup or SR 7625 (with heavier bullets). |

My daughter came from Missouri, my son and grand son, my wife and I had a nice dinner of grilled "porter house" pork chops, corn on the cobb, my son, G'son and I share 10/5. G'son is 4 minutes early though @ 10/4.
Pooh I hope you find to right house .
