Not childish Chuck;
The antis are the true enemies of Liberty.
They do this not because of crime. They pass unconstitutional laws because they are the true enemies of Liberty.
The problem is they know they can enact unconstitutional laws much much faster than the Courts can strike them down.
They attack gun owners because they know we are their enemy.
It is as simple as that.
No ... this is not funny. It is a dead serious situation.

Chuck, I read a similar article the other day. Like you stated the DC fathers will try their damn'est to wiggle around the ruling. If I'm not mistaken DC has a type of ammo ban or restriction in place. Now get this it includes certain components like cases and bullets that they consider as ammunition. Yes an empty cartridge case is to them and depending if it is on the list is ammunition. Their is one case where a person had to pay the fine and now has a criminal record because of it for having a certain bullet yep just the bullet. He has since left DC. I'll see if I can find that article and post it. OK I did some checking and found that it was a shotgun shell and some muzzle loader bullets. The shot shell was inoperable. Ken you are correct that they are the enemy and they can get bullshit unconstitutional laws passed faster than the court system can over rule on the grounds that they are indeed unconstitutional. It's not funny but I do get a good old fashioned giggle out it every time they loose and we win it's the evil child in me coming out laughing at someone else's discomfort. |

My daughter came from Missouri, my son and grand son, my wife and I had a nice dinner of grilled "porter house" pork chops, corn on the cobb, my son, G'son and I share 10/5. G'son is 4 minutes early though @ 10/4.
