Ok so I found a local guy who's father loaded for years. I was looking through some of his stuff last night old Herters press and Universal dies ( ), Pacific Tool and Die press and dies sets (270, 30-06, 308), old ammo boxes (rem, win, fed), powder cans (DuPont), and came across a set of 270 dies with the letters LEC (I think) dies are in pretty bad shape. I have never seen those letters and if that's what they are (I am pretty sure) who made them and what do they stand for.

`Back in the day they were very good dies. If they were in usable condition they maybe but as with all things Chuck, it's a matter of what they are worth to you.

If I can get just the few items I want out of this guy I am going to buy them. From the impression I got he wants to sell it all at once and I don't want it all. I am looking at the Herters stuff and the LEC items only. I already have some PTD stuff and the boxes and cans sure I can sell but really don't want to have to drag them all home first.
