I just saw this over at Calguns... I did not know whether to re-post this list under Politics or Humor....
This list goes to show you just how restrictive it is here ... plus parts, (especially Bieber Ban), is just down right funny.
OK ... some explanations here:
1. We have this stupid fucking pistol roster here. It is a permission slip from the gov't. If the firearm is not on the roster, you cannot purchase it new from any shop.
2. We are currently working on making it SHALL ISSUE. That ninny ... Kamala Harris has intervened and the 9th Circus is reviewing her request
3. Yep ... we gots the high-capacity magazine limit. No mags over 10 rounds here
4. This one is weird ... if you have NFA tax stamp capability ... you can own a full auto machine gun ... You just cannot put a suppressor on it.
5. The much vaunted Assault Weapons Ban in California. We got around it by crippling the mag-release catch ... the so-called bullet button. My next build will most likely be featureless

8. Why are they here in the 1st place?
9. Tannerite is OK in my book ... then again ... so is rocket propellant and explosives, (provided you get certified)

11. This won't fly ... they will just rebrand themselves Progressives and get around such things...

10. repeal lead only for hunting
11. limit democrats to voting once every 25 years
12. deport pelosi, difi, boxer, de leon, yee, steinburg, harris, newsome, et al to africa
13. round up all gangbangers and take them fishing in a not-so-sturdy boat

My daughter came from Missouri, my son and grand son, my wife and I had a nice dinner of grilled "porter house" pork chops, corn on the cobb, my son, G'son and I share 10/5. G'son is 4 minutes early though @ 10/4.
