I'm surprised someone hasn't brought this up yet. A California Court has declared that the State's 10 day waiting period to purchase a gun is unconstitutional.
If you are not familiar with this state and it's liberal stand on everything . . . this is absolutely AMAZING.
Of course there are 180 days for this ruling to be challenged. Here is a link to the FOX News Article.

My daughter came from Missouri, my son and grand son, my wife and I had a nice dinner of grilled "porter house" pork chops, corn on the cobb, my son, G'son and I share 10/5. G'son is 4 minutes early though @ 10/4.
