Found this place through a buddy of mine. monmouthbrass.com/product/9mm-brass/They have some great prices, wondering if anybody has had a good or bad experience. After hearing about Dan's drums of brass I was feeling inadequate:-)

Hi Spring- I don't have anything to add about monmouth, except they seem to have some interesting stuff. I would like to piggy-back a question on your thread, however-- does anyone have any experience with this outfit ? www.fsibrass.com/once-fired-brass/

Hey Springfieldxdm - Jeff from over at www.monmouthbrass.com here. If there's anything I can help you with please feel free to email us at sales@monmouthbrass.com. James and I keep a pretty healthy stock of the primary calibers (9, 40, 45, 38 Special, 223/5.56, 308) in stock and do our best to keep inventory of the other calibers. We've sold to practically every state, from individual reloaders, to commercial manufacturers and simply enjoy putting good quality brass in our customers hands. Monmouth has all of our unprocessed brass products, but if you're looking for fully processed 308, 223, 300 BLK, 45 ACP or 9mm, head over to our sister site, www.txbrassworks.com for a selection of press-ready brass. If any of you are on facebook, we do have a facebook page we started just recently. We're doing a big brass giveaway as we obtain more likes and shares. Our next giveaway is at 500 likes, where we'll be giving away 5, 500ct boxes of brass. At 1000 likes, we're giving away 10 boxes. www.facebook.com/monmouthbrasscoRegards, Jeff

Well, mon, nothing like hearing directly from the source ! I was looking at your site, and wondering if your 7.62x54R brass is all boxer ? Happy to see it, and if it's boxer primed, I'll be sending an order as soon as my wife allows me some walking money !

So we ordered everything last Monday night, and 3k of 9mm were at our door last Friday. The packing was in 1k lots in each bag, all of which were in a big box. For the most part I am really pleased with our purchase. The brass being from an indoor range was only covered in powder residue. Only about 5 cases out of my 1k portion had unusable splits, or creases. This was well within my expectations. The part that had me surprised was the .22lr and the .380 that were present. I had about 10-12 of them, and the other 2 guys had a similar experience. For the price, quantity, and fast shipping I will be placing much larger orders from the in the future. Just wanted to follow up and share my experience.

Coincidently, I ordered some 7.62x54R on Saturday afternoon, and received immediate acknowledgement and appropriate, friendly communication. Stuff arrived in this morning's mail. While I haven't looked it over in detail yet, stuff I grabbed out of the bag appeared good. I've got to wonder how they get such quantities of an odd-ball case. Probably buddies with Putin, or something. Only nitpick was shipping price, which was not out of line. (And, in all fairness, something over which they have little control.) I guess since I remember the ruckus when stamps went from 4 cents to five, everyone will excuse that ! Nice job, and I will use these guys again.
Since that was written, I had a cancellation that enabled me to check it out. Came out just right, even with six .30-30s in the mix (heck, I'll use them !) Brass looks good, appears once-fired and was remarkably clean. I'm tumbling it now, just because I'm OCD. Seems ok-good friendly service. So there.

Thanks for the honest feedback. Those .22's are pesky little guys and we've been trying different sifters to try to catch as many of them as we can while keeping our sorting moving along at a steady pace.
Poohzilla - If you didn't get a full count of 54R's please place a note on your next order with how many you were missing and we'll include them for you at no cost.
Believe it or not, our rifle brass originates from an indoor range, even the large magnum calibers. Guys from places which are not gun friendly come and shoot their toys, or they rent a rifle and let off some steam.

Hi Monmouth-thanks for being willing to go the extra mile, but I actually received 256 cases, of which 6 were 30-30 (an understandable occurrence, even if sorting totally by hand) One reason I'm posting this is that I didn't want to leave anyone with the impression you shorted me ! Interesting source for the brass, although I liked the Putin story better ! :-) The brass is doing a tumble now, and I'm happily plotting how to scrounge funds to buy more !

Pooh, if you don't mind me asking what do you do that you had a cancellation? I'm a dentist and in the back of my office I have a press or two set up. I found after a somewhat stress full day I could spend an hour or so at the bench and life was instantly better. Most of the time was/is spent in batch processing my hunting rounds. Just in case any OSHA-phobes are out there, the bench is in a large walkin closet in my personal office in the back away from any patient care stuff. All tumbling is done at home in an outdoor setup I have, as I already am exposed to way too much lead :-).

Some offices do still use the alloy based fillings. Nowdays they have much lower concentrations of mercury than before. We only place resin or "white" fillings, so the biggest issue for us is the removal of the old fillings and the dust associated.

Hi Spring-that was a reference to my day job, where I practice law. It's a small town practice here in New Hamster, so it's not uncommon for me to sneak off for a few minutes here and there. By night, I subvert young minds at the local community college. I admire your setup. The owner of the building where I have my office has a dynamite shotshell setup in the far end of the building, which is an old mill. The presses are set up behind a frosted glass window facing into a hallway, and to those not knowledgable of such things, look like some old machinery used long ago. Nice space ! I don't do any loading at the office, but home is about a half mile away. Frankly, I'd just as soon some of my clients didn't know about what I do outside of the office. (The only things in public areas that would give me away are my certificate from the Small Arms Firing School and a framed picture of John Moses Browning. Wouldn't mean anything except to our type ! Gee- no longer making fillings out of wheel weights ?

Since my first encounter with Monmouth, I've placed two other orders and Jeff and Jim are great. Standard orders get shipped almost instantly. If you have a special request, they will do their best to accommodate it. Just give them a little time-it’s a very small outfit. Patience will be richly rewarded. In addition, if there’s a problem, they want to talk to you about it, rather than just passing it off. This is my third order, and certainly not my last !
