I can see that it is NOT the 7.62 Nagant. I am going to guess looking at the ammo that it could be 30 Mauser?

I believe Gary's on to something here.
That Nagant revolver looks like it has been modified to use 9mm. The original Nagant revolver is chambered for 7.62x39R.

I just did the search and found said revolver. It is a 1941 Nagant fitted with a 32 ACP cylinder.
