Yep the thread title is correct a State Rep here in my home state of PA want a target law. The rep want to ban any target that relates to a human being whether it be the silhouette or a picture of a bad person but will exempt LEO from it. Our friend PJ can relate to such a law as they are highly unlawful in his country. Oh and the rep's reason is to help cut down on violence. If you read some of the comments from the article there are some ranges that do not allow such target but that is there choice not the government's nose in it. I would ask this rep what stats he has to promote such reasoning. I wonder how many convicted felons practice on such targets at ranges and how many thugs and gang bangers practice at ranges on such targets. They always exempt LEO from this but don't want the law abiding to practice to protect their family and loved ones. Read the article and and make your own judgement of it.

I hear more and more of these proposals that are a direct copy our law..... and look what it brings us. More and more criminality and way more worse ==> not to have the right to think and act for your self. People have become way to much depended towards the government.......that's dangerous and upsetting. 
My daughter came from Missouri, my son and grand son, my wife and I had a nice dinner of grilled "porter house" pork chops, corn on the cobb, my son, G'son and I share 10/5. G'son is 4 minutes early though @ 10/4.
