Powder Baffels By Brand-1.pdf (35.22 KB) This drawing was done on cad meaning they are "vector" accurate, then saved as a .PDF file. What this means is, most ink jet printers will print a .PDF file as accurate as the original. If you print the .PDF file and your ruler agrees with the indexes in each corner of the sheet, your baffles should be right-on. Just use a spray adhesive and glue the pattern to some aluminum.....license plate stock from a craft store, a pop can, what have you, then use sheetmetal shears to cut it out. Patterns are for your own use only.....UncleNick, mod at thefiringline.com, provided the drawing. Commercial use is forbidden.

Funny, That is the same one I posted on the HUB a couple of years ago when I did the video on powder throw accuracy.

:)That's because he and I collaborated on this one a few months ago, correcting the RCBS size, and I coaxed him into adding some different cutout shapes. I have the 7 page one too.....it has instructions for folding the baffle, but I don't think that's necessary. Pretty straight forward. Before I knew he had these drawings I made similar ones for the RCBS and Reddings and posted them on Firingline. I use RCBS Uniflows (3 of them) and they differed from his measurements. His Redding differed a little from mine too, but he uses Redding so I deferred. Then we just consolidated and he published all of them by brand on one page. Nice huh!.
I remember your Powder measure video......you are going to post it here....right? I did not remember you posting Uncle Nicks early PDFs.
I've been going through my material, and looking for stuff that would be useful to the most people. Most of my best stuff is RCBS Pro 2000 stuff. Not useful to most on the forum.....best reserved for if and when there are color specific sub forums. Same with my Hornady Bullet Feeder picture essay.

I have been trying to post my vids from photobucket but they won't load. I haven't figured out why yet.

Dan, I messed around trying to load my "hold down video" for some time. The original was in AVI format and quite large. I converted to WMV at about 1/10 the size and it loaded to photobucket straight away.
