I have been looking for some more Retumbo since I am down to my last 1 1/2lbs. I have called and looked every place I can think of. A total of 5 shops I called told me they would never have it again because Hodgdon is no longer getting it from ADI. From what the one buyer told me Hodgdon didn't sell enough of it to justify extending that powder. So they are basically dropping it. It is to late here to put a call into Hodgdon but I most surely will first thing in the AM. This blows worse that the lack of Ramshot Hunter for me because it is my favorite magnum powder as well as being a pretty good powder for the 25-06 for 120 class bullets.

They still show it but that doesn't mean much. Good luck and please tell us what you find out. I found Re 22 to be to my liking in my .300 Winchester with 165 and 180 gr bullets. Best accuracy and velocity of any of the several powders I tried.

Bob I have a few fall back powders AA MagPro, RL22, 23 & 26 and IMR 7828 and 7977 I just really like and have never had any kind of issues with Retumbo. It's kind of ironic the powder I first started with in the 7 RM has also been dropped AA 3100.

Finally found RETUMBO  .......... I really love Mid South Shooters Supply 3lbs ordered and on the way ETA is Friday 3 July............. Still can not find my holy grail RAMSHOT HUNTER though....... |

You did well with the Retumbo as I looked in on Midsouth's site at 11:35 PM 07-01-15 and they were out of stock.

Gary I wanted 5lbs but they were only showing 3lbs in stock when I ordered yesterday according to the nice lady I was talking to.

My daughter came from Missouri, my son and grand son, my wife and I had a nice dinner of grilled "porter house" pork chops, corn on the cobb, my son, G'son and I share 10/5. G'son is 4 minutes early though @ 10/4.
Pooh I hope you find to right house .
