From what I can tell ... Mr. Wilders may be one of the few sane voices in Dutch Politics today. If you do not already know him. Mr. Geert Wilders was the Keynote Speaker at the Draw Muhammed Cartoon Event where two suspected ISIS terrorists got promptly shot up by the Texas law enforcement officers. Here is a picture of Mr. Wilders with the SWAT detail that prevented the two terrorists from duplicating what recently happened in France.   I can clearly say this much ... He appears to be a very controversial fellow over in the Netherlands. The Dutch government has attempted to prosecute Mr. Wilders under their "hate-speech" laws. All of this coming from a country that claims to uphold the rights of the individuals and free speech? This level of creeping Socialism must be fought tooth and nail everywhere ... especially here in the United States. My state, (California), is currently in the process of adopting the European Socialism model ... If we continue this path ... only disaster shall remain! |

Ken is right on the subject. Although Mr. Wilders is under heavy fire from all sides he still send a message about free speech. But in fact we lost freedom of speech shortly after 9-11. He is indeed prosecuted for every comment he makes. For what he can say in America, he would be for in jail over here for sure. Partly because he did not made all that smart comments recently, if he choose his words a bit smarter he might end up being a leader of the Netherlands. We would have been better of for sure. But the current Dutch and European (EU) government will hack his head of if he speaks out to loud. It's sickening to see and hear that Europe is blind to accept the truth.
Note:
Many off you might think that Greece caused all the bad S..T that currently is going on. It's far from the truth. The EU government messed up big time before Greece was "forced" in to the EU. Greece was not ready for it and paying the price for stupid regulations. Mr. Wilders was one of a hand full of people who warned us about the current problems with Greece. The Greek people are messed with beyond believe. Since he was right about it he has to shut up not to stir up more unrest. Looks like the current EU government is successful in doing just that, to cover their own mistakes.
By the way:
This same picture is now misused beyond believe over here. The Dutch media use these fine gentleman as saying they are in fact para-military-freedom-fighters..... not policemen! A police officer does not pack that much fire arms, and the camo outfit does not help either. Many Dutch people think that these are "soldiers of fortune". It's utterly disgusting to hear and read about it. This is not helping Mr. Wilders either. All the things we hear about the "police brutality" in the US and the public unrest is making the left-wing politicians win more and more votes. One on the things that will happen is that we no longer can own guns if a full left-wing party rules........ The shootout in a church (Charleston)is caused by a common trigger happy American (regular) gun owner, not by stupid dumb ass idiot. But hey that's the Dutch and European media in full action for you. It's modern day left wing propaganda.

OK ... in light of the Paris attacks; It appears as if the folly of the Socialist / Liberal Elite politicians are starting come into full light. From what I can see; The Dutch polls are stating that the PVV stands to gain a significant number of seats in Parliament in the next Dutch elections. One of the things I strongly disagree with Wilders is his call for mass democratic initiative referendum. This is otherwise known as participatory mass Democracy through the exercise of the popular vote. We have this process firmly entrenched here in California. I can tell you that this initiative process does not work here in California. I much prefer the elected Republic... even one that is dysfunctional as we have here in California. |

Mr. Wilders is now out of the picture (banned by the media) these days. It's now all about a full gun ban and helping more muslim refugees (at least 2 out of 8 is most likely a terrorist. Other politicians and the media are now defending them selfs and they want Wilders out of the picture a.s.a.p.
That's what you get when you really speak your mind (freedom of speech.....my A..) and telling the truth about what really is going on. His party could and will win a heart beat.

No, thankfully not. But behind the scenes he his banned, the media does not give him any time to respond on the TV and Radio. He was able to make 1 single comment a day after the attacks in Paris and that was it. Since than he gets no opportunity to comment in the media. Because his 1st comments hits the nail on its head and had some outspoken opinions the other politicians did panic and refuse to speak with him. This is now backed up by the entire government and the media. Afraid that his comments will trigger a terrorist attack in the Netherlands. Now he is seen as a potential threat to the general security.  |

My daughter came from Missouri, my son and grand son, my wife and I had a nice dinner of grilled "porter house" pork chops, corn on the cobb, my son, G'son and I share 10/5. G'son is 4 minutes early though @ 10/4.
