I wish everyone a safe and enjoyable 4TH of July. I'll be doing a pork loin using charcoal and maple wood. Hope to have that going between 6 and 7 AM so it is ready when the wife gets home. She has to work the 4TH. I'll also be enjoying the grand kids.  |

Kids and Grandkids are all on the way.
Beer-Boiled-Grilled Brats for the grownups • Hot-Dogs for the kids • Wife's World Famous Potato Salad and Grandpa's Baked-beans.

My daughter came from Missouri, my son and grand son, my wife and I had a nice dinner of grilled "porter house" pork chops, corn on the cobb, my son, G'son and I share 10/5. G'son is 4 minutes early though @ 10/4.
