After messing around today with my late grandfathers 1974 Rock chucker, it got me wondering what is the oldest piece of reloading gear that you regularly use? I use the press as a dedicated bulge busting set up for .40 only (actually my 6 yo uses it mostly).
Other than that most of my stuff is from 2000 or newer that is mainly used. My collection of herter presses sit under the bench in boxes like ancient dinosaurs. In spite of all of these presses I am still looking for an affordable Hollywood turret, and an RCBS green machine which I plan to use both to an extent.
What is your oldest piece of reloading gear that you use? Also do you collect any vintage stuff that you keep just for show?

springfield, The oldest that I have and use is my little Lee Reloader press. I use this with the Lee Auto-Disk Powder Measure with the adjustable charge bar installed. I charge the piston brass that I do on my other single stage press a Lee Challenger Press. I do go back and forth between the two depending on what I'm loading. Like if 30/30 Win I'll seat the bullet on the one then crimp on the other.

Give me a place to stand and a long-enough lever, and I will invariably break the lever.

The oldest bit of reloading equipment I use is my brain, which was produced long ago, and actually works most of the time. Hard to tell with some of my stuff, as I find a lot of good used stuff around. One of the first things I bought was a Lee Turret Press, 1st edition. (Three holes, no auto index) dates from ~ 1981. I goofed up the linkage and set it aside for about ten years while I plowed on with my Rock Chucker. I ended up replacing the parts, and have been using it for a lot of light duty tasks ever since.

Forster Original Trimmer Rock Chucker II RCBS 10-10 scale and a home-made kinetic bullet puller made out out pipe.
If you count getting it out and looking at it a few times a year, then add an Old 44-year-old practically new Lee Target Loader in .243.

I found and bought an old Hertters Rube Goldberg universal die while I was on the road. I couldn't pass it up at 15 bucks I wish I had thought to take more cash with me. This guy had a bench full of old Hertters stuff plus some old powder cans and ammo boxes. I will pay him a visit my next trip down SC and see what I can talk him out of.
