I have been a member of the NRA since 1964 and a Life Member since 1969 (ya I'm old). For the first time, my wife and I are planning on attending the Annual Meeting in Louisville, KY in May. I was just wondering if any of you are going to attend. I thought it would be nice to meet some of you face to face.

Things of this nature I would like to attend but no extra funds I can't do a whole lot. I have had to drop memberships to organizations because of it. Well anyhow when you return from it let us know how things went and your personal opinions of the meeting.

Larry, I've always wanted to make one of those, but this habit of working for a living gets in the way. Thanks for mentioning the possibility of contact, as it would be a shame to miss a chance to say hi in person !

Larry, enjoy yourself. I wish I could go I'm a Patron and never have been either, as with Pooh work seems to get in the way. Also my week long dog trip and planned Antelope hunt this fall have used up my time "blocks". I would however like to meet you one day as we seem to have a little in common.

My daughter came from Missouri, my son and grand son, my wife and I had a nice dinner of grilled "porter house" pork chops, corn on the cobb, my son, G'son and I share 10/5. G'son is 4 minutes early though @ 10/4.
Pooh I hope you find to right house .
