Anyone here shoot the 260 or 6.5 creedmore. I use the 260 quite a bit

The only 6.5 I currently have is a 6.5X54 however I have been considering either the 6.5-08 A square or the Creedmore in a Ruger No.1B, this will be a "fun gun" rather than a meat gun. I am interested in what you have found.

The 6.5-08 a square or 260 is a fun round very similar Ballistics to the old Swede. Loaded with a high BC target bullet it can be alot of fun

I bought a 260 rem. for my son as a first gun and he killed quite a few deer with it. Since he grew up and wanted a bigger gun and I quit hunting I have been using it more to kill paper and such.
