I know you guys are thinking what's Hacker drinking? Nope sober as all get out. I came across these items on the web and found it to be really interesting. Cabot Guns Co. which happens to be here in my home state. They have made a matching set of 1911's one right hand and one left handed out of an iron/nickel meteorite. I give the link to their site that show a video of them making the guns. Would it be awesome to have this set? You betcha but I am way way way short on coin for these. If you see the price you'll understand. View the video and look over their site. Yes these 1911's are truly "Out Of This World" cabotgun.com/resources-2/videos/#1

It's an awesome video, kind of reminds me of the gold plated collector ak's from the 90's. As cool as those guns are I would assume due to the price tag they will wind up in a pretty case.

Give me a place to stand and a long-enough lever, and I will invariably break the lever.

Hacker, I'd be afraid to carry such a thing-you never know when there's kryptonite contamination, and you know how that allergy affects me...

That is one amazing 1911. I forwarded the link (including the order form) to my kids. Who knows . . . tomorrow is Father's Day, maybe they haven't shopped for me yet.
