A Happy Thanksgiving to all here at the 2A house. Can we be thankful? Yes we sure can. Give thanks to God for our blessings that have been bestowed to us. As the song goes "Count your blessings. Name them one by one". Blessings of living with the freedoms that we have in our country. A huge blessing of dodging tyranny so that our freedoms will continue. Blessings of our lives and our families. Blessings of our friendships. As we give thanks we should also pray for our men and women in our military and also those that serve in law enforcement. Can't forget about those in Fire, Rescue, and EMS. Continue to pray for our elected officials yes even the ones we disagree with. Again to all have a good time and don't be like me and stuff oneself.

Hi Guys--Special prayers for first responders and military-some of those folks are away from home and family, with dinner happening in the driver's seat of a cruiser or coming out of a case of MREs. Best wishes and blessings to you and yours.

My daughter came from Missouri, my son and grand son, my wife and I had a nice dinner of grilled "porter house" pork chops, corn on the cobb, my son, G'son and I share 10/5. G'son is 4 minutes early though @ 10/4.
Pooh I hope you find to right house .
