I've been using the Lee Adjustable Charge Bar on my Lee Classic 4 turret press for over a year now. I've used it to measure W231, HP-38, and TiteGroup for my 38spl. These powders are fine grain kernels and meter small charges quite well. For stick powders, I feel the Lee standard disks work better.
The adjustable charge bar meters to 1/10 of a grain (or less if you can measure that!) and has calibrated markings which make it fairly easy to change from one charge to another.

Ed, I to have and use this charge bar. I like mine a lot. I was doing a batch of 38spl the powder was Universal Clays. After weighing some test drops with two scales I then proceed to charge 50 cases. I then randomly picked out ones to weigh the charge and each one was spot on.

Like Ed stated it seems to work best with ball type or fine grain powders and I find the accuracy from throw to throw be be will within tolerance.
