Some of you might remember this from the old homestead. Well since Nov. 1, 2016 the Dutch have banned this and well all sabots. Yes making them illegal to own and of course to reload with. This ban also includes the ones used for muzzle loaders. Yep them to. Their reason is that they can't do a ballistic research on them if used in a crime. Hence no rifling is impacted on the bullet. I guess they don't know how to retrieve a sabot to run such a test. As it could be done on one if they could retrieve one. I have been able to retrieve these both from factory loaded and ones that I had loaded. PJ has sent me notice of the ban. Since Nov 8th I do believe that the anti's here will digin and we must rise up to counter what they throw at us. Yes we win battles here and there but the war still continues on.
My daughter came from Missouri, my son and grand son, my wife and I had a nice dinner of grilled "porter house" pork chops, corn on the cobb, my son, G'son and I share 10/5. G'son is 4 minutes early though @ 10/4.
