As of sometime today 02-13-17 the RCBS office in Oroville,Ca. has closed due to the spillway incident at the Oroville Dam. I don't know how close the dam is to the office or if it will cause any damage to them there or not. I have not seen any further updates on this as of yet. I don't know if Bob can give us any info on this or if he has heard anything.

I knew that name rang a bell for some reason. I hope they're all ok ! (Along with everyone else, but you know what I mean.) Bob, you're not in the way of this, are you ?

To answer your queries RCBS and Huntington's store are indeed in the line of fire in the case of some catastrophic failure of the dam. The two buildings are side by side on Oro Dam road not far from the river and only a few miles downstream from the dam. I am not sure the danger is a great as portrayed in the news, the authorities had to protect themselves by the evacuation. The water level is going down slowly but we expect another 12" of rain in the next 7 days so will see! I live about 150 miles west and south of Oroville with the Central Valley and the inland portion of our coast range between us. The valley itself has been under minor flooding foe several weeks now, washed out duck season!

Bob, keep your powder dry ! As you could imagine, accounts we get on this side of the Fruited Plain are somewhat less balanced than yours.
