Thanks for sharing this. I would very much like to have a M1 Garand. I have shot them and to me are one very awesome rifle. I call the M1 Garand the "Man's Rifle" I find them at gun shows no and then and the lowest price was a bit over $800 and in not to bad of shape either. A good one with a good bore will run at least $1200. The price goes up the better shape they are.

Big fan of the 7mm-08 Rem.
