Well here in my state of PA. we elect governor this Nov. 2018. As with most candidates that run for office they say one thing on the campaign trail and turn a 180 when elected. Current incumbent Tom Wolfe(D) does not want firearms taken away from those that use medical marijuana. You see under Federal law it is illegal even tho at least 11 states have made provisions for medical marijuana. I think with this stance he is pandering to the marijuana crowd and the Second Amendment crowd. Last year early in the year he signed that one can hunt with a semi rifle but the Game Commision put a limit to only small game. This was quite the surprise as he is just like the rest of his party anti-gun but with that signing he looks good to the gun owner that hunts. To me, he thinks this will help get him votes. I'll put the link to an article about this. So I ask those of you that have upcoming elections this Nov. Anyone of your candidates doing any pandering??

We actually had a county supervisor claim he was elected to represent the salmon.

I'm try'n to catch as many as I can, almost got the city manager but he resigned, to be with his husband, before I could build a strong enough case.

I guess he should've waited to pan handle. He just signs a state of emergency in our stat for the opioid epidemic. According to current state law this emergenc limits the right of law abiding gun owners. As I stated before he is his party to a T. Read the following article for more info.
