This is a win for our friends in California. An appeals court ruled the states DOJ's policy was illegal as it did not conform to laws that are on the books. According to the article the gun rights group are seeking other issues to be taken down. Bob I don't know if you read anything on this but I'll put the link in.

We have to get as much done as possible before the next gubernatorial election.
