All on sale at Midway, and they now offer die plates separate from powder measures! What's more....they now are selling separate powder dies! About dang time! And they fixed most of the teething problems! (where's the dancing Snoopy emoticon when you need it). .......And I need a new project to take my mind off of the waiting for my carpal tunnel release operation to "release" me from pain! Only fly in the ointment.......its all on back-order. At least I got time to clean the cave and reorganize my bench to make room.

Too early to answer that. For now I will keep everything....Pro 2000, Rock Chucker, and Summit. But to mount and try out this 7 station press, I need to reorganize the space. I may keep the Pro 2000 for rifle loading....or I may sell it. On the other hand, the new press may go back if the bugs aren't fixed.
The first option, keeping everything means I would want to share the bullet feeder and the powder level video screen. That would require moving things including the bullet feeder and video screen. My bench is 8' long, but that's not limitless.
I'm real close to retiring from my business....I'm going to have to have something to do....last hurrah so to say.

Give me a place to stand and a long-enough lever, and I will invariably break the lever.

GW, I am envious of both your new equipment as well as being close to retirement! Bob, be careful what you wish for. Retirement may mean less control over your life. Suddenly there's the time you always wished you had, but it's time you got to fill with something or die from boredom. Health gets worse if you don't fill it up with physical activity. Physical activity gets hampered by body falling apart. Sort of a two edged sword. work and get old, or sit on your butt and get old.....the first is the best. Speaking of physical activity ....I'm recuperating .....again. 3rd time in 3 years. This time Carpal tunnel operation from 3 weeks ago....right hand of course. Hernia repair last year, and left shoulder reattachment the year before. Dang tired of recuperating! Looking forward toward some work! Anyway, the new press is a needed diversionary project. Hopefully I can crank it hard in a month or so. and you know me.....figuring out how to make it sing really well is the real fun!

Greg, Hope your recuperating goes well and you rehab goes as well also. Just don't over do it your presses will wait for for.

Greg, as far as the old part of your equation goes I am already there, oh and the work part well I still do. I agree the first is best!

My questions of retirement is "how did I ever find time to work my job?" It seems now that I always have something that needs doing and I don't have time to get it all done.

My questions of retirement is "how did I ever find time to work my job?" It seems now that I always have something that needs doing and I don't have time to get it all done. That's one of the un-perks of moving, isn't it! So much work to do just to get to where you were before your adventure started! For me the adventure started with remodeling the inside of my house. Stage 1 remodel...........operation.........Stage 2 remodel........operation.......operation. Waiting to feel able to start the final stage 3 remodel......loads of fun! But without it my house will fall apart....not unlike my body......I built the house 45 years ago. My body is considerably older than that! Come to think of it.....those operations? remodeling! If the doctors are as good at it as I am.....I should live. If not I'll be joining Mr. Graf sooner than I expected.
