Hi Sportsfans ! As you can see, I *didn't* get the nomination. My take on Kavanaugh is that he is a solid nominee. He "gets" the 2d Amendment. He has a reputation for being tough, which he'll need to be during the confirmation. (My prediction: some goofy girl will claim he grabbed her posterior in the Pleistocene era.) Good solid record on the DC Circuit. Can't claim to have read a lot of his stuff, but has a reputation for clear writing. Brace yourselves-liberal heads will be exploding all over the place !

Without a paper in front of me I don't know which is who or who is which, I* hope he picks the candidate that was not part of the Bush group as he will be too left for me.( part of the establishment)

From all I can find, in the past 24 hours, this guy sounds like a good candidate: 2A, Abortion, Religious Rights everything that I find important.
Kavanaugh’s statements that the courts are to uphold the laws and not make them and his comment of interpreting the Constitution “as written” makes me feel good.
Of course, “the Progressive Liberal Communist Dictator Party” (as described by Hacker) showed their true color by boycotting the President’s invitation to attend the nomination speech and publicly saying they would obstruct any Trump nominee and CNN and MSNBC are calling for a dirty fight.
With the next 30 to 40 years of Supreme Court balance at stake the importance of last November is proving to be as important as we all felt it would be.

I missed the fun. However I did see pictures of anti-trump sign carriers with anti-whom-ever-trump-picks signs......IOW's blanks to be filled in when a name was announced. This has to be one of the lowest spots in American History. One day the word "Democrat" will be a synonym for several other words in Websters Dictionary. deaf, dumb, intolerant, .....
I knew the last days of earth would be bad.....but I didn't see this kind of insanity coming. The only comforting thing? The sane have most of the guns if all hell breaks loose  ....least ways outside the military. Heaven help us if they get control of the military.....and the military mindlessly supports them. |

GW the largest armed force in the world is us and no I didn't mean U.S. also most of the military is now largely reservist or in other words also us. I agree this is a low point in our history, I was never so upset with election results as I was in November of 2015. The democrats destroyed our image.
Back to the topic, I like what Kavanaugh has said.

Boy, that was a bad call......lowest spots? Didn't hold a candle to what democrat liberals did during the confirmation process. Synonyms? I had the right idea, just the wrong words.
Satanists, Despicables, Liars, Communists, Nazis, and most likely Murderers. Just a few that more correctly describe what I saw and heard. Could not believe they are part of America........and THEY are the ones crying out "shame"  I need to add one more word.....HYPOCRITES!

Back in the Apostle Paul's day it's obvious today that he prophesied about these liberals. (Timothy Chapter 3: 1-7) He described them well....

You are spot on with the scripture verses. These passages are being played out today. I tell people that what is going on was foretold a very long time ago. The Bible tells those that wish to listen and you will still have those that won't or don't want to believe.

My daughter came from Missouri, my son and grand son, my wife and I had a nice dinner of grilled "porter house" pork chops, corn on the cobb, my son, G'son and I share 10/5. G'son is 4 minutes early though @ 10/4.
