The following shows how it was done and the result:
1. I used an old RCBS .45ACP sizer with the guts out.....blackened the inside dead matt black.
2. Next I used a WCC 308 case using a 1/2"x20 die to thread it.....took two tries to get it straight.....don't have a lathe so it was free hand. I cut off the neck and the base leaving what you see to the right of the first attempt......I had to ream the inside with a 13/32" drill bit slightly to allow the borescope to slide inside. This will screw into the top of the sizer.
3. Notice the borescope is recessed behind the lense....I will mold expoxy putty around this and then push the threaded case remnant over it flush with the lense.
4. The borescope did have the yellow shrink tube as in the first picture, didn't like its looks so I added another black shrink tube over it.
Putty molded and threaded case started.
Pushed Flush....extra putty will be peeled off
and screwed into the press after the powder die and before the bullet feeder. Obviously the die is not screwed in enough to resize anything.....
I poured a little test powder into a primed .308 case below....
Inserted it into the press.......
Connected the power and the video monitor......
And this is what you see when you raise the ram! See, in my face like this, I doubt I'll forget to look and check each and every round. Simple does it. (the mirror system also worked, but not in your face so you don't forget to look like this does!
......mirror loses.....
Besides a bench grinder to smooth the cuts, these are the tools I used......
.........a project any dummy like me can do. Real skill not needed. It took a couple of days to think about the hows, then an hour to build it.
This will work for any progressive that has enough stations for a powder cop......5 stations and up.
! A very well thought out and constructed accessory for any progressive press. 
My daughter came from Missouri, my son and grand son, my wife and I had a nice dinner of grilled "porter house" pork chops, corn on the cobb, my son, G'son and I share 10/5. G'son is 4 minutes early though @ 10/4.
