All I can say is, I'm glad you are able to post this thread! I truly hope the neck and back issue heal quickly. Take care my friend and don't rush this healing process.
Look forward to seeing more posts.

Give me a place to stand and a long-enough lever, and I will invariably break the lever.

Dan, the trick is to go *around*, and not *through*. Take care of yourself ! Bob's right-ease back into it so you don't get set back !

And they say truck drivers are professionals.......
I gave them the benefit of the doubt until one tried to squeeze me off the road and almost succeeded. They are the biggest danger on the highway, and I avoid them when I can like the plague.
When I destroyed my back and ribs and shoulder I was in my twenties. The wind blew me off a roof on a construction site.....on a "calm" day. You aren't 20 anymore.....geeze...makes my recent rotater cuff destruction and repair operation seem like a walk in the park! Glad you are doing better! I hurt all over again just thinking about it.
Expect you are a ways from shooting and reloading yet. Patience, sir. Get well right.
