Gents, I don't know who's on the road and whatnot, so I wanted to get first dibs in on wishing you and yours the best. There's a lot to be thankful for, no matter how stressed out we get about this and that. I hope you enjoy Thanksgiving on all its levels ! I'm waiting to hear if Hacker is smoking some beastie for the occasion ! If you're on the road, be careful !

Gentlemen,
Consensus here is the same. Wishing all here at the 2A house the very best and please don't do as I do and go and get overstuffed tomorrow. Oh Pooh yes I'm doing a turkey in the son-in-laws smoker grill using maple and hickory. This will of course be outside and the high for turkey day is to be around 26 degrees. I also just got off the phone with Dan and he sends his best to everyone. He also informed me that his surgery is after the start of the new year and that he might post on here in a couple days.

Hacker, 26 ? So far we're up to 10 & windy ! Anyway, looks good to go. The bird sports chili powder instead of salt and pepper ! Hope yours goes to your standards. Meanwhile, Larry hasn't posted recently-any word from him ?

Enjoying a great Thanksgiving, both kids and their families are here and it's wonderful to have them all together.

My daughter came from Missouri, my son and grand son, my wife and I had a nice dinner of grilled "porter house" pork chops, corn on the cobb, my son, G'son and I share 10/5. G'son is 4 minutes early though @ 10/4.
Pooh I hope you find to right house .
