Gents, it's still dark here in New Hamster. The house is quiet, and things are illuminated only by the tree (low setting) and the computer. The stew for later has started. Before things get crazy, I wanted to thank each of you for your part in making this an island of civility, humor and good will. I don't think anyone will disagree that a special thanks goes to Hacker for his special efforts in keeping the place jumping. I wish all of you, and yours, all of the joy of Christmas.

Hi Gang ~
I want to echo Pooh’s sentiments and wish all of you the merriest of Christmas’ this year and hope for great things for all of you in the coming year.
I truly enjoy our little corner of cyberspace and am thankful for you all as friends, even though most of us have never really met.
A special thanks to Hacker for his work in keeping this ship afloat.

Echo all that's been said. May what dangun started and Hacker maintains, continue. Great group here.....and no trouble makers except me.
Read Luke tonight to my family.....they even listened. Keep thinking about those shepherds.....and the legions of angels making all the joyous noise in the heavens above them. Made me wonder......who was in the choir.......maybe even you and me?! Can't imagine we'd miss the greatest event in history if we knew about it..........and I'm pretty sure we did.
Raising my glass of purified water, to make a toast to health this new year. May dangun and Hacker fully heal, and the rest of us also stay out of hospitals in 2019.

My daughter came from Missouri, my son and grand son, my wife and I had a nice dinner of grilled "porter house" pork chops, corn on the cobb, my son, G'son and I share 10/5. G'son is 4 minutes early though @ 10/4.
Pooh I hope you find to right house .
