With Hacker bringing up the Frankford Arsenal press, I thought I'd compare it to some of the most interesting (to me) single stage presses available now. Took way longer than I thought. Tried to attach the PDF here.....maybe it ....well.....it may have worked....let me know? You will have to single click on them.

Greg, I was able to open the pdf file but could not open the docx file. If that file is in pdf format that would be helpful.

They are the same file.....so good.... you succeeded in opening one of them. Word has better formatting is all. I noticed today that Gavin Toobe at Ultrareloading.com has done a review on the new Frankford Arsenal Press and even compared it a little to the Co Ax. Enjoy the Video, I did! Looks fun to use.....and they have some really good ideas. Hope the price on the Die Blocks (holders) aren't prohibitive.
Only disappointment? Imported.........from where? China? Don't know yet.

Give me a place to stand and a long-enough lever, and I will invariably break the lever.

Interesting stuff-Greg, thanks for sharing. Gary, thanks for prompting Greg ! I wonder how universal the shell holder is. Among my tricks is loading 45AR and 7.62x54R, both of which are notoriously hard to fit. Not really in the market-my Rockchucker is 32 years old and just getting broken in !

Greg, Thanks for posting just the video. I wanted to do that but it was in the link I posted before. Now it can be viewed by more readers.

Hacker.....you're welcome....appears to be a really nice press. If you want the vid moved to the other thread.....be glad to.
Poo.....I'm totally amazed at your resistance to temptation. My first Rockchucker would now be 47 had I not given it to my now deceased father-in law after a friend gave me his Rockchucker II 20 years ago. Mine is not even close to be broken in. However....being weak, of body and mind, empty of patience, especially as I age, with everything hurting to some degree, I'm an easy mark for faster, easier, better.....Besides you all know that I am just a dyed in the wool tinkerer.....and I am happiest when I have something to build, improve on, or tinker with. For me that's even more fun than shooting the ammo I finally get around to making. So I added a Pro 2000 to make me feel better when Obama got elected, a Summit Press a couple of years later, and last summer the Pro Chucker 7. Had the new "M" press been available when I bought the Summit....I may have chose that one. The Co Ax was another matter......I'd have had to buy a Japanese style 12" high bench for that one. So what do I do with 4 presses? The Rock Chucker and Summit is for depriming and/or primer pocket swaging (prior to wet tumbling), de-Glocking (using a Redding G-RX), load development, and general reloading for rarely shot ammo.....30-30 for example. The Pro 2000 is for loading a lot of pistol ammo in bulk. The Pro Chucker 7 is set up for loading .223 & .308 in bulk to start with. Both progressives are rewarding in that they keep me from feeling my age, and ward off the temptation to quit the hobby, due to wear and tear.
