Thanks for sharing Greg. Now this would be handy to do .223/5.56 for the Lee Pro 1000 and Auto Breech Lock Pro and also 6.8 SPC on the ABLP as these presses don't yield enough clearance to do .308. Now this would be great for the Lee Load Master as that press has the clearance to do .308 along with cartridges like 270 Win 30-06 and 300 WM. So with my ABLP I'll be doing plinking rounds for the son-in-law's AR's in .223/5.56 and 6.8 SPC. On a side note I'm planning on using it to batch removal of primers in rifle brass like those in the .308 range of length.

Greg, Sorry for the lose of your nephew prayers are with you and your family my friend. Yes you are correct if you take out the auto index and turn by hand you can do .308. on the ABLP. Again Greg a big thank you for sharing this. I will save this for the future as if and when I'll try this project.

Give me a place to stand and a long-enough lever, and I will invariably break the lever.

Greg, thoughts and prayers to you and your family. Tough for all, but I am particularly concerned for the children.
In the meantime, your touch of mechanical genius once again has me chuckling and shaking my head. Bravo !
