Back before I left the Hub I purchased a bore scope through our Snap On dealer at work. Since I bought it I have found the unit lacking which lead to me contacting the manufacturer to discuss these short falls. So after talking to them again yesterday afternoon I will ask here... 1) What things you would like to see in a bore scope? 2) How would you deal with the cameras being either Bronze or Brass housed? 3) Would you look for a straight line camera or one with a camera you can pivot 90 degrees? 4) What camera diameter would you prefer?

1. Magnification from 0 to 10X 2. lens mirror pivoting from 0 to 90 degrees. 3. use in a .224 bore. 4. Non- brass or Bronze housing. Prefer aluminum. Hawkeye Borescopes

Cool thanks Dan. This company is trying to branch out and are looking at shooters and gun smiths. Aluminum shit that's one that slipped my mind.

Chuck: don't bother getting one, you're too far away to do me much good. I follow Dan'ssuggestion for everything mentioned, a friend has one and it is a great tool.
