Using the ramp this time.......speed is good. This is how long it takes to fill the bullet feeder tube of .223 rifle bullets........now to mate it to my Pro Chucker 7.

I stuffed an RCBS Bench Swager Rod behind the green bullet knocker, to keep it back. For this plate a knocker to knock bullets stranded part in part out of the holes, wasn't even needed so I grabbed what was close. Will maker a spacer to slip in.

I had to view it a few times for me to catch on what was being done with the bullets. I see the usefulness of the ramp to take the ones that were point down and flip them to base down. Yes at times it takes me awhile to catch on. Now you have me waiting to see this setup with your Pro Chucker 7.

Well a trip to Ace Hardware to buy two 6" springs, some cuts and end grinding of thinwall rigid tubing (5/16, and3/8 OD), super glued together to make a "viewport between the springs, and voila!
Haven't had the time to actually load ammo......I did build a new mounting system so I can easily move bullet or case feeders to different presses. Here's a quick video of that:

Greg, are you trying to put Hornady out of business? That's an impressive set up you are creating !

I like the sliding arrangement that you came up with. Will this cover all the progressive presses?

No Bob, I'm just trying to suck you into the "Making Stuff" hobby. Impressive?........copies of what others have invented? Hardly something to put anybody out of business. But it's dang fun to play and never grow up.
Just the ones north of the original Pro 2000......that one already has a bullet feeder. I will probably add a contraption over there for a future case feeder, but right now the Lee style shaker feeder fills four 3'long tubes in less than a minute, for that one, and that's faster than I want to reload them. I don't know what I'll be doing years from now.....but now I'm just trying to stay busy and keep my mind sharp. The making stuff hobby keeps me out of the easy chair......while the laptop I'm typing on right now does the opposite. So I need to keep doing more in the shop than in this computer.

Give me a place to stand and a long-enough lever, and I will invariably break the lever.
